Just got back from Cebu yesterday morning. I’ve been away for a week from the bustling Manila to attend the 3rd edition of Cebu Food Crawl. After the activities concluded last December 3, I spent the rest of my stay wandering around Cebu at Bayfront Hotel Cebu.
It’s been two weeks since I celebrated my birthday in Manila when I received an email to join the said food crawl. I decided to push through my plans to visit Queen City of the South.

Upon entering the Superior room, I can’t resist to check out the view from my room of SM City and Cebu International Port. Because it’s “me time”, I love the homey feel at Bayfront Hotel Cebu. Quiet, clean and friendly staff who assisted me during my 3 days/2 nights stay.
Because it’s a workcation, I was able to balance my time for myself and also do online stuff for my clients in Manila. Their Wifi access didn’t fail me. I was able to do my online commitments while relaxing in the comfort of my room.
You can choose from four different types of rooms in Bayfront Hotel Cebu: Standard, Superior, Barkada, and Suite.
Buffet breakfast awaited me at Cafe Breeze. Drooled over their wide array of meals to choose from. If you love American, Filipino and international cuisines, check them out! They serve breakfast from 6 am to 10 am. The cafe opens from 6 am to 10 pm daily.
If you’re a gym buff, flex your muscle at Sweat Gym. I was able to workout during my stay.
After having a busy day strolling around the city, try their Oriental Spa. It’s an in-room service which you can enjoy body and foot massage.
What I like about the said hotel is that it’s accessible to transport terminals, MyBus (going Talisay, Mactan Cebu International Airport and SM Seaside Cebu), walking distance to SM City Cebu, and also there’s 7-Eleven and ATM machine beside the lobby.
I recommend Bayfront Hotel Cebu for those who want to chill and enjoy their stay in Cebu City.
