ArthaLand Corporation, a world-class, boutique developer of unique, enduring, and sustainable projects based in the Philippines, announced today a partnership with Unity Technologies, creator of the world’s most widely-used real-time 3D development platform, to establish the country’s first CREATOR Center of Excellence, a physical space where developers will benefit from advanced training in Unity and a shared ecosystem for learning.

“We know the local creative industry in the Philippines is a key economic driver, and we are dedicated to supporting its growth with Unity’s latest technologies,” said Hubert Larenaudie, President, South Asia Pacific and Global Head of Unity Distribution Platform at Unity Technologies. “By partnering with ArthaLand Corporation in establishing this CREATOR Center of Excellence, we look forward to enabling local talent to find success, by providing them with better access to our tools.”
The CREATOR Center of Excellence will professionalize the training of designers, artists, programmers, and project managers to foster a first-rate developer ecosystem needed to produce rich content in an easier, faster and more scalable fashion. It aims to elevate the quality and skills of both local and regional talent through a six-month Unity Professional Developer Program, which consists of Unity’s foundation-building courseware and dynamic learning modules for specialization in 2D, 3D, Virtual Reality (VR), and Augmented Reality (AR) production. Participants will become proficient in advanced techniques and best practices and will be validated against international standards.
“The CREATOR Center of Excellence will future-proof the Filipino workforce by providing them with new skills to compete in a global market.” said Leo Po, the Executive Vice President of ArthaLand Corporation. “We have to better equip our fellow Filipinos to be able to thrive in this age of hyper innovation and technology.”
The CREATOR Center of Excellence will operate out of the newly-launched ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower, which is strategically located the heart of the new central business district in Bonifacio Global City (BGC).
Unity is the world’s most widely-used real-time 3D development platform. Games and experiences made with Unity have reached more than 3 billion devices worldwide this year and were installed more than 24 billion times in the last 12 months.
